HOW IT WORKS FOR CLIENTS
Clients enrolling in Your Million Dollar Look will have the unique opportunity to work with a dedicated Personal Stylist Apprentice at no extra cost, known as the "Celebrity Status" Bonus. These clients will be aware that their personal style guide is an experienced stylist actively participating in Your Million Dollar Look Virtual Styling Method Apprenticeship Program.
The program unfolds over 6 months, with a new training module released every 3 weeks. (7 Modules in total)
Each module commences with a 1-hour video training, offering in-depth insights and practical examples. Online exercises accompany each step, enabling immediate application.
Participants receive a digital workbook to apply each concept to their style with exercises, enriching it with pictures and ideas (You’ll get this as well). By the end, with your help, they'll have a comprehensive personal "Million Dollar Look" guidebook as ongoing reference.
Members have access to 3x Monthly Live/Recorded Group Coaching Calls for 6 Months, led by Style Guides Erin & Carla Mathis. Sessions alternate between Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am and 5 pm PST—providing flexible options. A schedule will be provided in advance.
The live coaching sessions answer questions of both members and apprentices, providing in-depth guidance and mentorship.
HOW IT WORKS FOR VIRTUAL STYLIST APPRENTICES
The 2026 Apprenticeship begins with a virtual orientation on Monday, October 5. By early November, you will be matched with a client for comprehensive coaching within the program.
The client will receive the coveted "Celebrity Status" coaching bonus, which entails the expectation of providing feedback about your service to them at the end of the program, plus the agreement to have their photos and testimonials shared.
You'll assist your clients in applying each step, filling in their Million Dollar Look Guidebook while offering tailored recommendations and exercise guidance. Plan for around 2-7 hours of styling work per client, per module, though this may vary based on your pace and the exercises.
You will be expected to complete your styling recommendations for at least 1 module per month (or faster if you'd like). The final module (7) may require extra time as it involves client wardrobe actions, which they can consult you on throughout their 6-month coaching period.
Apprentices are expected to participate in a minimum of 2x monthly coaching sessions lasting 60 minutes each, until they have completed their client's Guidebook.
3x monthly live coaching sessions will alternate between Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am and 5 pm PT—providing flexible options. A schedule will be provided in advance.
Recordings of these sessions will be accessible through the program portal for a full year from enrollment. This resource extends to members, providing access to group coaching recordings.
VSA's are encouraged to apply each step to their personal image, undertaking the exercises themselves.
At the conclusion of the program, you will receive a comprehensive performance review, coupled with tailored guidance for continuous improvement.
Upon completing the Apprenticeship program and achieving a passing certification, you'll qualify to apply for future MDL programs as an Associate Virtual Stylist. You can also become an Affiliate Partner, earning commissions on referrals to the program.

Application Requirements
You may apply if you meet these criteria:
Completion of Going Virtual program material OR Your Million Dollar Look Transformation Track
Availability for live coaching sessions at least 2x per month; alternating between Tuesday and Thursday mornings (10 am PST) and afternoons (5 pm PST)
Strong conversational and written English skills
Some formal industry training in styling skills (apart from Going Virtual) OR 5+ years of client image consulting experience
Minimum 1+ year of experience consulting with clients as a Personal Stylist
Each application will be thoughtfully reviewed, and Zoom interviews may be arranged as necessary. Successful candidates demonstrating the qualifications for virtual stylist apprentices will be selected. Those not chosen will receive guidance on how to qualify for future opportunities.

Application Fee: $37 (Non-refundable, whether accepted or not)

Applications for the 2026 cohort close on Friday, October 2. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by Oct 7. Accepted apprentices must confirm their place and complete their first payment by October 9th.
Upon acceptance, program fees are as follows:
